Petra Spletzer, Ph.D. is a Registered Psychologist and has worked with adults and children for over 10 years. In her clinical practice, she specializes in depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. She has specifically pursued additional training in the areas of attachment and parenting strategies to foster effective family dynamics.
Her area of interest and specialty is Prenatal and Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, although her practice is not limited to these areas. She is also working with Families Matter to run a Prenatal Depression and Anxiety Group. Petra works from an attachment, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic perspective.
